Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Custom orders are processed within 4–5 working days before dispatch.
We reserve the right to reject any order that does not comply with our creative guidelines.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
We currently accept cash payments/UPI/Bank Transfer.
Full payment is required before your order is confirmed and prepared.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 4–5 working days of order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier performance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or force majeure events.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds are only offered in the case of damaged products received.
In the event of damage, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof at info@sumaiyaresin.art or via WhatsApp.
