3. Do you take advance payment?

Yes, we require full advance payment for all orders. This helps us begin production on your custom piece. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Production Time: 4–5 business days
Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (depending on your location)

Total time from order to delivery is usually 7–14 days.

5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No. Since each product is custom-made, we do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed and production has started.

6. What if the product is damaged during delivery?

If your product is damaged in transit:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
We’ll assess the damage and either replace the item or provide a refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy)

7. Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes, we ship across India via trusted courier partners. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

8. Will my resin product look exactly like the sample image?

Every item is handcrafted, which means:

Slight variations in color, texture, and layout are natural
No two pieces will be exactly the same—but that’s what makes them special!

9. Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes! Just provide the recipient’s full address and contact details. We’ll safely pack and deliver it as a surprise gift.

10. How do I care for my resin product?

Keep it away from direct sunlight and extreme heat
Clean gently with a dry or damp soft cloth
Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives

With proper care, your resin piece will stay beautiful for years.
