1. No Returns or Exchanges

As all our products are made to order and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind
Incorrect personalization provided by the customer
Minor variations in design, color, or size due to handmade nature

We recommend double-checking all personalization details before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer refunds or replacements if the product is received damaged.

To be eligible:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage to info@sumaiyaresin.art or via WhatsApp at +91 84894 62381.
Packaging and product images must be unaltered for verification.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer:

A replacement (if possible), or
A partial or full refund, depending on the nature and extent of the damage

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

4. Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed and entered into production, as all products are custom-crafted to your specifications.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for refunds or reshipments due to:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Failure to receive the package on time due to customer unavailability
